    Internal Family Systems

Do you sometimes feel at war within yourself? One part of you wants to do one thing, but another part wants to do something else?  Sometimes it feels like there is an entire committee in your head. And at times it seems like they all want a seat at the head of the table! If only there could be harmony and peace within.

You have come to the right place! It is possible to establish healthy leadership and harmony within. You can develop boundaries within your soul, where "all parts are welcome." And instead of being unruly rivals, parts become beautiful expressions of what makes you uniquely you.

"IFS is...a conceptual framework and practice for developing love for ourselves and each other."

Just like a championship team utilizes the various gifts and talents of its members, so it can be as we work with various aspects of our personality. The sum is greater than its parts, and it can be wonderful!  As a result, growth happens from a place of freedom rather than burden and fear. Relationships are transformed, healthy habits emerge and new mindsets are developed as a result.

IFS  has proven effective in working with trauma, PTSD, disordered eating, addictions, overwhelming emotions, and relational difficulties.
